The staff was patient, professional and knowledgeable. We did wait about 20 minutes beyond our appointment time but honestly I didn’t mind. Yes, the waiting room is packed but there is plenty of seating and space between aisles. Had I read the reviews first I probably would have cancelled. I was concerned when I read the reviews but by then it was too late because we were already in the waiting room.
